Cute but hangs too low

Bought this for my daughter's car seat as a car toy when we travel. The toy hangs too low and hits her in the face. I have to hang it on the side so that she can play with it comfortably. It's a cute toy, but be aware that if it's hanging directly above them from the car seat handle, it's likely to throw itself in your child's face.
