Cheap, waste of money, poor fit for the seat
I thought the seat had an elastic band at the bottom to fit like a shower cap. But he has strings. And they need to be connected. And it doesn't stand still at all. The back is good because there is elastic at the bottom, but the seat is worse. I have to fix it several times a day. In addition, the fabric is a very light elastic material.
