I love this material. Almost no flavor, no fluoride, no color, just powerful xylitol to kill bacteria in the mouth and minerals to strengthen tooth enamel. For best results, remember DO NOT RINSE. Brush teeth, tongue, gums, roof, then spit out and don't get up, drink/eat for a while. Please note that it "foams" less than normal toothpastes. I have sensitive teeth and change this in the morning and a paste with Novamin & Fluoride in the evening (must be ordered from overseas - EU version of Sensodyne Repair & Protect; US version is completely useless) and all my problems are gone. and haven't gone for many years.
