Worked for sun protection
I tested the shirt with a Blue Lizard sunblock bottle that reacts to UV light. The bottle did not change color after 30 mins with shirt in full sun. The shirt is very light weight and was loose enough to be comfortable to wear over a t-shirt while hiking and kayaking in summer. The collar and cuffs were a bit stiff and awkward but softened after 2 washes. Overall, great buy for additional sun protection while outdoors.
