The camera is good, although smaller. However, the packaging is very thin. Depending on how you're going to use it, that might be fine. Its lightweight material and design make it easy to pack on the way to your destination. When I thought I could take a little walk through the Rocky Mountains, I seriously considered taking the Arete with me because of its compact design. However, if you want something more durable, this is not your backpack. I have CamelBak Cloudwalker which I really like. This is my bag for when I need hydration or even when I just need a small backpack. It's not as easy to pack for a flight as Arete, so I guess it all depends on your needs. If you need a foldable hydration pack, check out Arete.
