The images appear to have been printed for the LEFT eye only. Each patch is turned upside down when my daughter patches her RIGHT eye. I looked through my package and thought I had picked the wrong "side". NOPE is not an option for which the eye uses an eyepatch. They just typed everything the same way. Kind of a disappointment for a 4 year old who really loves unicorns and mermaids. Pretty pictures, but now she'd rather color in just one solid spot than wear them upside down. Which now completely contradicts the goal of encouraging children to wear their patches.
