Review on Ergonomic Computer Comfortable Executive Headrest Furniture by Andrea Sciuto

I want AT LEAST a partial refund, mainly because I'm just so tired of things not fitting properly and just detracting from the quality and ease of use of things made in China, love the fit and anyway, i hate amazon's return policy as i have to drive well over 50 miles to the nearest item so it's not worth returning. I've tried everything to put the screw in and I don't want to take it off, so I think I'm stuck on the semi-flexible chair. 🙃😡*Edit IMPORTANT: They sent me a new chair and it's much better, doesn't squeak, feels good and everything is beautiful! I'm glad the company is maintaining their quality and customer service.
