The quality is very good, it's fast rendering time for large scenes with many lights are just amazing! It works perfectly well as I expected from an open source solution such us Blender that has been tested by other people before me during years without any major issues to report so far :). For now there aren't really anything bad about this software but if you need something more simple then maybe try another one out first (ease-of use/learning curve etc.). Rendering some 3d models created using blender3D editor into raytracer format was quite easy task thanks Raytrace render tool which allows importing model data directly through text files (.obj/.stl) file formats supported natively since version 2.* released along last year summer 2016 when i started working at my current job place where we have couple dozen users running various versions starting form 1* up until latest 5*. It's the perfect fit for my use cases, which are rendering hundreds of frames with very large datasets on multiple clients. The system is fast, reliable and easy to set up. The only downside I see is that it could be improved when it comes to performance-wise. I would recommend it for anyone who needs a lot of resources for rendering purposes, especially if they are working with big datasets. Rendering huge amounts of images.
