George Strait Cowboy Cut Original Fit Jean for Boys by Wrangler Review

I find Wrangler jeans to be skinnier than other jeans (like Levi's) and look good on my very skinny son. Ebay was the only place I could find 16S. One reviewer commented on the strange creases forming on the legs when washed. I thought that was true too, but it wasn't a deal breaker. My grandmother would have stroked her, but I wouldn't! My son has outgrown them (in length) so I'm really hoping they'll be 18S next fall!

I'm 5'2, about 115 and absolutely love these jeans. I bought the Wrangler women's cowboy pants and they were a bit too big for me. I watched Tik Tok to try guys. HOLY COW THEY FIT and look pretty good! Save your money though guys if you are petite. I bought the 14 Slim and probably should have gone for the regular 14 but it fits me like Levi's! Read the size chart, measure yourself!

Bought for my 8 year old grandson. Featuring an adjustable waist and solid denim, these jeans are durable, good-looking and well-fitting jeans for the active, rugged teen. The tailoring is top notch, as you would expect from a Wrangler.

Good fit and appears to be well made and very thick jean material. My son has to wear slim as regular ones are always too big, they fit him perfectly.

Did not fit. Size 14 bought my grandson the usual size. Very tight although the hips and waist were about 2 inches larger. Nice looking jeans, high quality material. Too bad they didn't fit.

Durable, well made, comfortable. The adjustable waistband offers a nearly guaranteed fit. Great for heavy play but still looks great for school or gatherings.

These are very tight jeans. My kid wears 14 slim in regular wranglers and they were smaller than usual. He could still wear them, but I don't tumble dry them.

My boys only wear Wranglers. They prefer a looser fit and nothing tight. That's what they're perfect for. They are the same as the adult version, only in a smaller version for children. Fit well and they look great. Have ordered before and will order again.

The fit is very tight. A boy of normal height can put them on, but the skin is tight. He's not husky sized so it came as a shock. Sometimes he wears them because he wants to wear cowboy jeans, but the Wrangler's other style fits better.

My son is medium height where 8 is high water and 10 is required to roll 10 times. These are the unicorn jeans I've been looking for.

Great jeans but I had one and my son wouldn't wear it. The waist started out perfectly, and then he couldn't close it. darn.

Our 15 year old grandson loves a size 16 Slim Wrangler/George Strait jean. Autism gives him sensory issues with many fabrics/clothes. The comfort and fit of these jeans are perfect for him. Will definitely order a few more!

My son is a farm boy. These jeans are his favorite. He's slim, so he likes the slim fit and adjustable waist. He doesn't like baggy jeans so these are perfect for him. They wash and dry well and are of excellent quality. It usually outgrows them before wearing them down. Fast shipping also via ebay.

I bought these jeans as a Christmas present for my slim 10 year old grandson but had to return them and have them resized as the skinny fit was too small and too short.

If you have a very slim and tall child, these pants are perfect for him. No other pair of jeans pairs so well with our beanpole baby and it is a very heavyweight and durable denim.

These jeans are always a winner. Quality construction, good for play and farm work. It's definitely thin though, so if you want a looser fit, go for the regular fit.

Denim is heavier than stretch but not stiff. The jeans did not warp or wrinkle when washed and dried. I bought 11 Slim for my grandson who is between 10 Slim and 12 Slim. If Wrangler continues to offer these jeans in slim sizes I will make future purchases.

First time I bought Wrangler jeans for my two skinny teens. I ended up sending both pairs back as my boys didn't care about the fit. Wranglers sit higher in the waist than the jeans they're used to (mostly Old Navy and Lands End), but their main complaint was that the crotch was too high and felt uncomfortable. On the plus side, the jeans looked sturdy and well tailored, but if they weren't comfortable my boys wouldn't be wearing them. It's a shame because I have a hard time finding skinny…

My nephews are bean sticks and it's hard to buy jeans! Size 10 is too short and size 12 is too big. Found these and they fit perfectly!
