Totally dissatisfied. It's strong but every time I pull the cord it scatters the powder all over the area I'm about to cut and I have to try to blow it off. I end up unwinding the thread without pulling it on the side of the wood, then I place the thread where I want it and snap it. The top of the rope never seems to get enough chalk. I think the string exit hole needs to be patched by the manufacturer to prevent this. Also, I couldn't even pull the thread well across the board even if I wanted to. It's stuck and I still have to pull it out by hand. Very disappointed. I wish I had my old one. They just don't do things the way they used to.
