Way too small. in my rating
It should fit. 10-13 years old. This is the size of my 5 year old's socks. Way too small. And they are very thin for "wool socks".

- My son loves these socks. They are warm but thin. Very well done. They liked it and bought more.

- May not be durable enough for frequent use and washing
