Review on GIFTAGIRL by Yung Cypher
My experience with GIFTAGIRL's online shop, both in terms of customer service and the quality of the products themselves, has left me feeling dissatisfied. Their variety of home and kitchen accessories is vast, but I was disappointed by the low quality of the goods I purchased.
The photo albums and frames I ordered looked to be of poor quality and were noticeably paler in person than online. The cooking accessories also fell short of my high standards. The poor quality of GIFTAGIRL's customer support only added insult to injury. Slow response times and unhelpful responses were what I got when I attempted to contact them with my concerns. It took longer than I had hoped for my purchase to arrive because of their slow shipping. As a whole, I just can't sing GIFTAGIRL's praises enough. Both the goods and the service left a lot to be desired. There are better places to shop online for home and kitchen decor if you're seeking to spend less money.
