NOT compatible with the new 2020 MacBook Air 13” with Touch ID! I have checked the model number #A2179 and matched it to the item sold but it still doesn't match. The top cover snaps into place, but the bottom cover interferes with the screen so much that the bottom cover pops out when we open the screen! Also the edges near the hinge don't take into account the thickness of this case! So it puts pressure on the sensitive area! Now we only have the top cover! Terrible, DO NOT BUY!
