When everyone says it's a cheap plastic chain, they have it Right. The product looks like metal with white color. It's really cheap. So I think this product is too expensive. I would like the clip to be more snug on the chain and not be a snag. But he does what he has to do. I actually broke the chain in half for the summer hats to hang and winter hats/gloves to keep in the closet, and I plan on changing them as the seasons change. Keeps everything in order and helps my child to pack. I look forward to actually finding my winter gloves in winter. Overall I would recommend if that's what you're looking for.
