Excellent Customer Service & System Features

I like that Bettervoice is able to provide me with great customer service. They have been very responsive in my calls, and they are always willing to help. They also have a good system for scheduling appointments. I dislike that it can be difficult at times to get through to a representative. I feel like I am often put on hold or transferred multiple times before getting to speak to someone. I also don't like how some of their features are not available on certain platforms. For example, I cannot schedule an appointment from my website. I would recommend Bettervoice because I have had great experiences so far. Their customer service has been excellent. It's easy to use and I have never had any issues with it. I am currently using them for scheduling and for voicemail transcription.
