For some crazy reason we decided not to leave Bluetooth active for this device. Therefore, every time you want to connect to the speaker, you MUST long press the Bluetooth button (which is located on the back of the device), otherwise you will not be able to connect via Bluetooth. ALSO, if you pause the sound for too long, just a few minutes, it will turn off Bluetooth and disable Bluetooth, requiring you to long-press the button again. There is no documentation on this and no way to fix the problem that I can find. Severe pain in his neck as he lies in the corner of my desk and difficult to reach when he decides to pass out.
