Supplied in a plastic bag without manufacturer's name. None of the fuses have the factory logo on the metal end caps as they should. Four fuses are marked F1AL250V. One of the five fuses is unlabeled on both ends, who knows what that is. I suspect they were made by a fake company in China. I spent more money on these fuses because I wanted a big name brand. Disappointed with what I received.
