My wife took it to her office after trying it for a few days and haven't seen it since. She loves it and I'm fine with that as I use the Herman Miller Aeron as my everyday work chair. This chair was incredibly easy to assemble. Put the base on the ground and you're done. The 95 percent assembly will likely add to the cost, but it's worth it if you hate assembling chairs. The mesh on the back is nice and cool and the lumbar support moves up and down smoothly. The seat can be slid back and forth when you find a comfortable seating position. The seat itself is easy to raise and lower. This is a fairly simple chair that is very comfortable. The seat should be memory foam as it is hot to sit on for a long time. I prefer the mesh on my Herman Miller chair. All in all a really nice chair from Allsteel.
