Rubber gasket falls out. Not leak proof between compartments

We bought two of these for our daughters’ lunches. The portion size is good but the container is not leak proof between the internal sections. In addition, the rubber gasket fell out and was lost for both boxes. Now neither lid will close and both boxes are completely useless and the company does not sell replacements.

Pros

Microwave Safe(without lids,2-4 mins under 248℉) Freezer Safe(≧-4℉) Dishwasher cleaning is not recommended.Hand washing is recommended for the lid to avoid any deformation caused by high temperature and pressure washing). This bento box is perfect for school, office, factory, home and outdoors. Put your pasta, chicken, salad, sandwich, fruit, snacks or sushi in it and enjoy it when and where you like.
