I have cervical problems. I was hoping fluffy pillows would damage the memory foam etc. I have tried many pillows but this was the worst. It has a tiny bit of filling where your neck rests, A SMALL PART. The sides are ok but I don't sleep on the side of the pillow. it is completely flat. I woke up in such pain I didn't have enough ice packs to stop it. I have NEVER woken up in so much pain after trying a 'pillow'.
