The integration with our bug tracker is very easy to use which makes it extremely helpful! I like how you can see all of your open tickets at once - this helps me prioritize my work as well since i don't have to look through multiple tabs in order to find what's been reported before (which sometimes happens when searching for something).
Overall its pretty good but there are some things that could be improved such has adding filters by status etc., however these features do exist elsewhere so no biggie just yet : ) Also would love more options within their dashboard where we're able add custom fields/tasks; currently limited only if they want us too haha :) We've found them fairly reliable thus far & highly recommend using until further notice!! They provide great support via live chat or email whenever needed. Great product overall though nothing major issues noticed except.
