This is a great drone for the price. Slightly smaller and lighter than I expected compared to my other Potensic drone (D80) but also with a lower price tag and a remote controlled camera which I enjoyed using. The drone looks great and despite the low weight, the workmanship is solid. Once batteries are installed, the drone can be turned on or off with the press of a built-in button, which is a nice touch. After reading the instructions, the initial setup was pretty easy and only took about 15 minutes, and once you've practiced it's second nature to you. The drone connects easily to the Potensic-G app on my Galaxy s10 and simple in-app reminders get the drone ready to fly quickly. Auto Takeoff is a nice feature that allows you to get the drone up in the air without any skill whatsoever, and it's very easy to fly once launched and in headless mode. The drone is actually a bit faster than I expected given its size, responding quickly and accurately to the controller. The controller has many features at your fingertips, notably the ability to easily take photos or videos and adjust the camera to different angles with your index finger (which makes aerial photography so much better) once you learn its features. Automatic takeoff/landing and RTH functions are also easily accessible and conveniently located on the controller. The drone itself connects quickly to a large number of satellites (usually 12+), which allows the drone to reliably maintain its position even on relatively windy days. While I haven't maxed out the linear range of the drones yet, I've had them well over 200m with no loss of signal strength, even with a few light trees in my line of sight, and just like my D80, the die return-to- Home feature is incredible as it automatically raises the drone to a safe height and the drone's return is usually only a foot or two from the shooting location, greatly reducing the fear of loss if the drone manages to get out of view. Aside from the performance and features of the T25, I have to say that in my experience, the Potensic support team is second to none and have always been very helpful in my communication with them and resolved any issues quickly. All in all, if you're looking for an affordable, well-designed and well-built drone with lots of gimmicks, don't doubt the T25 among pricier devices. Potensic will be the first company I contact when I'm back in the market.
