This is a great ice pack. It's very stretchy to fit different body sizes (one size fits most) and the ice pack is quite large and holds a lot of ice. I like that the ice hole is big enough to fit regular ice cubes. I had ice packs where I needed the cubes that my ice tray melts a bit before going through the hole. Have you ever tried strapping an ice pack or bags to your knee or back. It will not stay, will be too cold or not cold enough to be of use. You can spend money on those pain-relieving patches or electrical tricks, but hot or cold, depending on the injury, works best without the chemicals. There are a few things to say about the McDavid Ice Pack Wrap. First off, it's a one size fits most. Most likely, I suppose, if you're very tall (not like the guy in the photo).
