Review on McDavid Back Ice Wrap: Cold Therapy with Compression for Sprains, Muscle Pain, Bruises & Inflammation + by John Walker

Unlike some other reviewers of this product, I like it. I have arthritis in my lower back and hips and this brace is versatile and helpful. I'm 6'2", 215 lbs, 36" waist and 46" bust. This bandage is great for my waist and top around the chest. I love that it uses ice (instead of a freezer bag) because it's ready in no time and doesn't take up space in the freezer It's comfortable to wear and can target multiple areas: spine, lower or upper back, hips, hip flexors, tailbone, ribs, etc. Quality is good, with very strong velcro, to keep the bandage in place and provide some compression support.It has one major limitation: the opening you put ice in has a spout/lid that sticks out, making it more or less unusable on the back When I'm lying down or sleeping. Wearing it in a seated position isn't a problem, so it's still very useful. Generally speaking, I really like it. It's well made, versatile and provides effective cold therapy right where I need it she wants to have.
