I was impressed at first sight. You can feel the quality and then feel how comfortable and soft they are when you put them on. I have no problem with the top cuff being too tight on the calves as mentioned in other reviews. However, I can see that this would be a problem for people with really big feet. I wear size 13 shoes and they fit perfectly! I'm currently wearing them for a walk and they're very comfortable, they don't wrinkle or slip on my legs, they're very warm and the merino wool doesn't itch my legs or feet. . In addition, there is a big difference between the characteristics of socks and ordinary cotton socks. My feet are still dry although my feet are nice and warm. I can only recommend these socks! UPDATE: 1 week later. These are great socks and all I said but they fall off the top cuff. I thought they shouldn't, but that's just a minor inconvenience.
