I bought Outie because I was having trouble removing my Invisalign aligners. I have multiple jets on my teeth and weak thin nails. I broke my nails while taking my aligners off. Using Outie helped a lot. I read reviews that said the tool broke for them. You don't have to go through a lot of effort to remove your aligners. Just be patient and gently work the instrument under the aligners until they are lost. There were a total of 7 Outie removal tools in the package I received. The company said on the box that they're including a free tool because they understand there's a learning curve. It seems like a great company that listens to customer feedback. I highly recommend the Outie tool.
