Wonderful! The lights are LED so they don't get hot. They're unbreakable, which means they can climb my trees. I've been waiting for something like this for a long time. I have never relied on putting old ones on trees because they get very hot and can break easily if the wind blows and they hit a branch. I have a few old ones in my yard and one or two will inevitably get broken by a ball or a shovel raised too high if you walk under them. Replacing a lightbulb isn't difficult unless it's near the roof. I also have dogs so broken glass in the grass is not ideal. I will probably order another set to replace the old one. The bulbs are bright white and I received 2 replacement bulbs with my order. The cords are heavy. I like that the ends are mostly sealed when connected. My only annoyance is that when two lines are connected I have to adjust them so the bulbs are the same distance apart. It's very minor and won't show up in the trees, so I don't mind this app. However, ordering them for the backyard where everything is easy to see can stress me out. If you are a devotee, you may worry about a little gap between the lights or a little loop to solve the problem. This does not invalidate the 5 star rating. It's just something most blonde strands of this type could do better. Can't comment on durability as I just received them but they seem to be very durable. I will update my review if there are any issues. I would definitely buy them again. I just wish I had more places to put them!
