Review on 🚲 Waterproof Rhinowalk Bike Pannier Backpack Rack Saddle Bag - Laptop Shoulder Bag Pannier Rack Bicycle Bag by Doug Hinrichsen

I bought 2 bags from Rhinowalk. Both bags - medium yellow and large black - looked good at first glance. When I started using it, it cost me more than a bag! The clamps on the LITTLE broke after a few rides. At the moment you cannot use this bag! The BIG had another problem (both due to CHEAP MATERIALS though), the seams were falling apart and a BIG HOLE was forming. While driving my PHONE fell through (never found!) and my iPad broke (see photo). In addition, the bags literally fell off on small bumps in the road. I am so disappointed that I paid for something that has put me in a situation where I lost 2 of my electronic devices permanently and ran out of bags! Ironically, I spoke to a random biker in New York and he told me he had the same bag and the same issues. I ended up buying from another company. Wondering what Rhinowalk can do about it?
