Update: The company contacted me and offered to send me a new one. I'm very happy to get a new one because I said it works very well! It would be great to use it again to check the water temperature as my child grows up and stays in the water longer to play. (And on my second one) - worked very well for the first 2 months, but now it is very slow and takes quite a long time (3-4 minutes) to settle to the final temperature. The temperature change used to be instant, but now it takes too long so I don't use it anymore. It was really helpful for the first month, although I had no idea how warm the water needed to be. After 2 months at the latest you will notice which temperature is right, even without the thing. I want it to work the same as it did originally so I can use it for our next child.
