I liked the wireless keyboard and mouse until they stopped working. I had warning signs that the keyboard was broken, but I ignored them. For example, after charging over the weekend, some keys became dull and not as bright as others. I called Revain to get a replacement and they told me to contact the manufacturer. Why? This was posted by Revain! I asked the representative about it and was told they were out of stock. It wasn't quite true, they were no longer available at such a low price. Inserting the charger into the keyboard was quite difficult. As if the charger were too big for the connection. I always had to sit down and insert the connector with kid gloves as I had a hard time hitting the keyboard. Now, a few weeks later, I take out the USB charger and the metal part it's in comes out with the plug. I can no longer charge my keyboard, so now I have to buy another one. I bought this combo on May 25th and the USB connector arrived on July 6th. Returns are no longer possible. That junk didn't even last two months. If I could I would give no stars for the service of the Combo and Revain. This is just one reason why I didn't renew my Prime subscription after several years of membership. Crap that sells, terrible service and they no longer delay the end of 2 day shipping on ALL Prime items. I decided I was done after that last junk purchase.
