With some caveats - I have purchased 5 sets of these pillows. gifted them to family and friends after my own purchase.First - DO NOT WASH. If you have an issue with smell (I did not notice any) put in dryer with a dryer sheet and a damp towel. That will fluff and get rid of smell. Washing will give you a five pound pile of memory foam that will never dry. These will get so fluffy in the dryer, you will only be able to fit one at a time.Second - expect that you will have to remove some of the fill to get the right size pillow for you. This may take several tries before you get what you want. I removed too much and had to put some back in. It does take trial and error but it is worth it. Between the two pillows, I removed enough to make a third one!I have suffered from neck pain from a whiplash accident for over 15 years. I've tried so many pillows, including the preshaped ones. Nothing helped. Three nights on this pillow and my neck pain is GONE! Ive been using them now for over a month and still no pain. The foam molds completely to YOU.Be patient, give these a try . since they are totally adjustable to your preferences, it is hard to go wrong.
