Review on JBL T100TWS wireless headphones, black by Hien Quang ᠌

Like many, the problem got out even before the first connection to the phone - the left earpiece did not connect to the right one. There is not a word in the instructions for manual synchronization, not a word on the offsite either. I wrote to JBL support - they handed me a list of service centers (of which there is exactly one in Hong Kong and, according to all the reviews, go there - just spoil my nerves) and didn’t say anything else. When even in the official support they don’t know how to solve a widespread problem with their own product and for any questions they send it to a service center, where they will keep you for a month - this is not funny. I tried all the methods that are used for the C100TWS and other similar models - unsuccessfully, I lost three evenings on similar dances with a tambourine. I read it on Amazon and here, how many still cannot solve this problem and stupidly hand over the headphones under warranty or return them to the supplier and already thought that it was really a marriage and I would have to do the same. In questions about the product here on the market, I found how someone managed to solve the problem by putting the headphones in the case and quickly pressing the button on both simultaneously 5 times, having previously unpaired from the phone. It didn’t work the first time, but when it turned out both headphones blinked white in the case, after which they finally worked as a pair. The sediment nevertheless remained, with such technical support and instructions, JBL products will never be bought again.
