I love that we can easily share documents with our clients via their e-mail addresses (in addition from being visible in an open directory). It's also good because you don't need any additional software installed! There is nothing at this time which i dislike about using collogo engage!! The only thing would be if there were better features available such as having more customization options when creating links between folders/documents etc., But those are simple things they will look after once released. We now have so much easier access than before by allowing all employees across different sites & departments direct accessibility through emails - No long walk down corridors just click send button :) This has helped us keep track where important files go within various projects / tasks or even who had final say over changes made throughout process flow.- Easy way around sharing information quickly among multiple people I like that it is very easy to use and all of the data is stored in a single location. I do not like that the user interface is not very intuitive. There is a lot of information to look through to find the specific information you are looking for. I also do not like that the data is not stored in a way that is easy to search. I am solving the issue of having all of the information for my employees in one place.
