Probably only suitable for heads with fairly thin hair.
They are terrible unless you have the time and patience to wrap 5 hairs at a time. Even the big ones are pretty small and the moisture just stays in the rubber. I think they might work if you start with dry hair and sit under a blow dryer to set the shape. They don't really sit close enough to the scalp anyway.
