This product has been a great addition to my bedtime routine. Based on my observations the adjustable slouchy helps me to sleep better and the protect sleeping tools keep my hair intact while I sleep. The best part is it can also be used during baths as part of my beauty routine. The only downside is that it takes a few tries to get the positioning just right. .
