Yes, that's right. noisy wallet. I bought this bag because I previously had a white one from another manufacturer. I got so many compliments I thought black would be perfect for fall. It is light, unusual with its geometric patterns and goes with almost everything. I took it out of the box and unzipped it to see the insert. I kept hearing this rustling so I figured I hadn't removed all the wrapping paper. it was not. Between the liner and the inner shell of the wallet is a type of paper padding that crumples every time you open the wallet, move the wallet, and do all of the things you would normally do while carrying a wallet. I considered leaving it and cutting the liner to remove it, but realized it wasn't worth the effort. It's really cute on the outside, but I knew the filling and rustling would drive me crazy over time. So disappointed! Returned.
