As long as I like them.

Much stronger than the roll down condoms I've used before. The condom would inevitably self-destruct with repeated use or simply become brittle. They're nice and thick, so they're a bit harder to apply to the tube, but easier to remove.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Gotchas

Very high quality and idea

The quality of this cap is good, it's flexible, but sometimes it slips off after fully on because the glue on the tip makes the surface slippery. I accidentally used this for silicone tubing. It will likely stick better with caulk and other material since silicone itself is a slippery, pasty material.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Retrofittable

Good product when used correctly

It would be great if you cut them short and make sure some sealant comes out of the tube before you apply it. They are too long and trap air at the top, causing the sealant to harden. I waited 6 months for the review so I could test it. Sealed tubes are still usable. Follow my instructions and your little dick will work as intended.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Crumpled

These are some smart little clubs! My seal will never be the same!

Tried everything. I cut the fingers off the nitrile gloves and taped them to the exposed sealant. I inserted tiny wooden dowels and wrapped them in saran wrap. Then I found this one! They slide well and fit well. Which is known to be important for your seal (hermetic seal). Now my whole sealant stays fresh and ready. What more does a girl want?

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Band

I have several types of sealant that I use from time to time. They prevent the sealants from drying out. One day I use some sealant and then I put this cap on. I'll have to use it again in a few weeks. When I remove the lid it works so well that I do NOT have to remove any dried clogs from the spout. I've tried a few different brands now, this one works best for me and the price is very reasonable. I don't recommend them to people who are tired of throwing away partially used caulk tubesโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Not sure

So simple, I can't believe I haven't used it in years.

Sealant is used in small quantities in my shop so I always have incomplete hoses lying around to dry. With this system you just press one of them and it seals. Super quick to use. When it's time to get back to work, just pull this little knob at the end of the lid and it stretches the rubber material until it pops out. As fast. Easily reusable over and over again. Saves a ton of money not only on sealant but down the road after you figure out the tube you thought would work is rock solid andโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Updates available

They are GREAT at caulking

One of the most annoying things in life is caulking and almost 95% of anything that goes into a caulking tube is IT RARELY COMES WITH A CAP. So we're forced to stick a nail or screw in the top to try to save the pipe. Sometimes it works, sometimes out of nowhere you end up with a clogged useless pipe. These fix it completely. I have no idea why I never thought of looking for her before. THEY WORK GREAT. Small caps for caulk, glue, tile putty, etc. No more nails or product waste. THANK YOU FORโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • No power

Has many uses! - Adhesives, sealants and lubricants

Love these caps. I've tried many different ways to keep the sealant from drying out - inserting a large nail, duct tape, and a $15 cap with insert. The only one that worked was $15, but the price was prohibitive if, like me, you have a dozen or so different sealants that you want to save for life support. These little orange caps work great; my very expensive custom paint sealers are still up to date a year later. And they're inexpensive, easy to find (orange) and leave no wet caulk marks whenโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Cut (?): Adhesive Sealant

Just received and tried for the first time. I have a few more Tool Time caps that wear well, but I needed more caps and thought I'd give these a try. You can tell from their pictures that they are long. I've tried putting one end on the top of a caulking tube and it lets in too much air. I think they expect you to cut them to the length you want with scissors or a razor blade. made with several so they can be pushed all the way down to remove the air. Over time we'll see if they should stretchโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • High Price
