basically a no nozzle glue

screwing the nozzle on and off is a major pain.you lose all of that glue in the nozzle, because you have to clean it out each time you want to store it.the end cap doesn't fit the nozzle!

Pros
  • Caulk
Cons
  • The adhesive can be challenging to clean up and may require additional cleaning solutions

This works! for my opinion

It held my thresholds in place. No movement after multiple steps on them. Great product! I didn’t take the time as instructed (filling gaps or method), but it held. I may have used more than necessary; squirted it out without the tip because I didn’t want the dispenser to get stuck onto the opening or for clog/ product stick closed.

Pros
  • Strong like Harambe, 10/10
Cons
  • The two-pack option may not be cost-effective for those who only need one tube of adhesive

Yep, this is what you want

I have two 15 year old mirrored closet doors, where the adhesive has completely detached from the frame, except for the top and bottom horizontal clips. It's harrowing to try to open or close them for fear of the whole thing shattering, and I set out to find an adhesive solution.I need the storage space! This stuff is GREAT. The tube made it simple enough to get the spout behind the glass, slather the frame with glue, then press the mirror against the frame. You need to hold or gently clamp it…

Pros
  • Adhesive Caulk
Cons
  • The clear construction adhesive may not be suitable for use on certain materials, such as glass or metal

Old product, thick, would not come out of tube, had to out both hands on the tube and all my body weight to get the glue out! Buy from a different seller. the glue would not spread, so thick - this product was not fresh.

Pros
  • Adhesives, Sealants & Lubricants
Cons
  • The strong chemical smell of the adhesive can be harmful to those with respiratory issues, such as asthma

Old or defective on my review.

The glue inside the tube was was gelatinous and could barely be squeezed out of the tube. It was either very old or there was a leak of air into the tube. This is the 3rd tube of gorilla glue I have gotten. The 1st one was fine the 2nd 1 Looked and behaved like this one a week after I opened it. And then this one which was impossible to use it was just gilatinous and couldn't smear on so I threw it away

Pros
  • Worked so fast and first time I would recommend this glue to every body
Cons
  • Disappointed with performance.Used as directed. Did not hold opposing surfaces together.

Great on wood furniture repair

I used this to repair and re-glue the legs and dowels of a 200 year old Windsor chair, and it was excellent for this application. The Gorilla Glue Max Strength Construction Adhesive fills voids (good b/c the joints are loose), is very hard and rigid but does not seem brittle, and overall seems very strong. When completed the chair is not flexing when sat on and feels more solid than it ever did.For comparison, this chair is from a 4 chair set I have had over 20 years. They have been used hard…

Pros
  • Follow directions and allow the item to set the recommended amount of time for a secure hold.
Cons
  • Did not hold Acrylic together. Left sitting for 4 days with a clamp and didn’t work

Too thick to really squeeze out

The consistency is very thick (think thicker than standard caulk) which makes it extremely difficult to use. The only way I was able to get it out was to double the tube over and squeeze as hard as I could. I was actually concerned the tube would split. I would not buy Gorilla Max Strength Clear Construction Adhesive again.

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • The adhesive may not bond as strongly to surfaces that are dirty or oily

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Hard to use on my review.

I love gorilla products but, the glue seemed a lot harder to get out of the tube when using it. It made my gluing job a lot messier

Pros
  • OUR STRONGEST Construction Adhesive Formula - 2X Stronger than Gorilla Heavy Duty Construction Adhesive Ultimate.
Cons
  • The clear adhesive can leave a film or residue on some surfaces, which may require additional cleaning

Sets quickly & works as expected

I needed this adhesive to put up a small framed screen to limit access to the underside of my house. The crawlspace screen had been breached and there was no way I was going under the house to fix it, so this was my solution. I'd tried several adhesives and they all failed. Gluing to painted cinderblock, I used a dime-sized dollop on each corner. The recommendation is to use a squiggly line, but I really didn't want a lot of it on the screen frame for the time when I would eventually want to…

Pros
  • Great adhesive
Cons
  • Applying the adhesive can be quite messy and difficult to control, resulting in unwanted smudges and spills

Did exactly what I needed it to do

I bought this for one weird little job, and it worked beautifully. I glued an old ceramic tile to my driveway and foundation so I could fill an annoying gap with sand. It is holding perfectly. The rocks aren't doing anything to hold it in place, they're just camouflage.ETA: Still holding perfectly after a long, hot, rainy summer.

Pros
  • Seems to be holding so far. We'll see how long it lasts. At this point I'd say I like it 👌
Cons
  • This smells worse than anything else.

Just works! for my opinion

Bought this for outside decor (glass) that came unglued. This stuff set within moments and has held up through snow and rain. Highly recommend.

Pros
  • As described. Great product.
Cons
  • The clear construction adhesive may not be suitable for certain DIY or home improvement projects

Not for composition decks

I used this to apply end caps, on the exposed edges of my composite decking. Plastic on plastic basically. Many of the caps have since fallen off. It says for all interior and exterior uses. But did not work for me.

Pros
  • I used this to replace two decorative pool tiles, and the held up - even through kids’ pool parties.
Cons
  • So disappointed with this. I used this on a DIY project gluing wood and it definitely does not hold.

It's a very strong glue.

I glued a mermaid shelf sitter to a concrete rock in my garden but, it was no competition once Hurricane Ian arrived. That's my feedback!

Pros
  • It appears to do its intended use
Cons
  • Cutting the tip was hard, and trying to squeeze glue through it was even harder

DO NOT BUY on my review.

I used this once and the entire bottle exploded and glue was coming out of the back. I had to throw the whole thing away. Wasted my money.

Pros
  • Great adhesion. Dries rock hard. Used for countertop. Worked great!
Cons
  • The adhesive takes longer to dry than other comparable products, which can slow down project timelines

Strong and Quick in my review

Used it to repair a handle on a build in microwave. It quick setting time allowed the use of strong duct tape to hold the handle in place until the glue was fully set.

Pros
  • So far I’ve use this on stucco, metal and plastic. It’s easy to use and not messy.
Cons
  • I tried to repair some tile. Zero help. Don’t bother

Wow way to hard to squeeze

I don’t know if I got an old tube or what but it took both hands to squeeze out anything and it came out as a think ribbon. I might buy it again but not from Ebay. I glued the end of a stepping stone back on and it seems to have worked but since I didn’t really have control over what came out just a big long inch that I had to wrap into a circle it oozed out and wiping it off didn’t work it’s shiny. But yes it seems to have worked so I can put it back in the ground. I might try to sand it down.

Pros
  • Not super strong and it's okay
Cons
  • worked great on old chair

Revainrating 4 out of 5

its holding for my opinion

Just wish the cap could be used more than twice since the tube contains a fair amount of glue that should last awhile for little repairs, but it is easily clogged and becomes useless

Pros
  • Not too bad, cld be more adhesion
Cons
  • The adhesive can be difficult to remove, potentially damaging surfaces during the removal process

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works great good for me

This glue has so far worked great. I don’t know about water resistance- I’ll have to wait and see. The glue was easy to apply.

Pros
  • WOW. This smell is horrible. Grateful it works so well! The top did not stay on though.
Cons
  • This glue did not work well for me. i won't buy this again.

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Did the job! good for me

It needs to come with a roll up function. But it stuck something very awkwardly shaped. Hard for arthritic hands to squeeze.

Pros
  • REPOSITIONABLE, GAP FILLING, PAINTABLE, EASY TO DISPENSE
Cons
  • The clear construction adhesive can be difficult to see and may be applied unevenly as a result

THIS IS MY GO TO GLUE WITH ANYTHING MADE OF WOOD!

I got some flat box furniture not long ago and even had experts put it together. After just a few weeks it was easy to see the furniture was total and utter rubbish. Problem is the furniture still looked good and was about par for the course in quality these days. So I set myself the task of trying to make this chest of drawer sets (5) work.I managed to figure out a way to replace the faulty hardware using basic wood. Problem I needed to glue the wood onto the drawer cabinet and the glue had to

Pros
  • Very strong bond
Cons
  • The clear adhesive can yellow over time and become unsightly
