It's not such a "Flat bill" as it is a duck. I love the material, sturdy. Runs small in size. (I have it with 2 snaps. I have long hair but it was advert as men/women size, not kids.) Stitching is a lil sloppy. But the 3 stars mainly comes from the way it was shipped. No supporting packaging. Looked like a box had carbon it for a couple rides. I was able to stretch it with a wet towel.but shouldn't have to.
