To be honest, I was skeptical at first, but then I gritted my teeth and ordered. I originally wanted to fix input lag issues when using a controller over a Bluetooth connection (obviously a fairly common thing). Appearance: First off, this thing looks EXACTLY like the official key, only without the Xbox "X" on it. Function: Works as described, the instructions say to plug in the dongle and put it into pairing mode by pressing and holding the pairing button on the side of the buttons. Then when a white LED starts blinking, turn on the controller while holding the Xbox button , then put the controller into pairing mode by pressing the "Pair" button on top of the controller next to "LB" use. Hold the button down for a few seconds until the Xbox button turns off, and then you're done! Works like a charm and no problems. Input lag issues are addressed and the button works as advertised. I am 100% satisfied and will recommend it to my friends.
