I bought this to replace my old fat wallet but the old one was all black with no silver clip on the front and no strap. The first one I got, inside where the picture slots are, was really crooked. I noticed even more when I put it next to my 1 year old hard black. I also had an issue with the clasp on my wrist. I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement after I asked about the problem and they were very quick and friendly. I definitely recommend this wallet because I love it and so does my husband. It's easy to find what you're looking for and there's so much space. I wish it had more card slots but I will never be without a big fat wallet in my life. I'm totally obsessed!
