Review on Premium Aluminum External USB 3.0 UHD 4K Blu-Ray Writer Super Drive for PC and Mac by Archgon by Dejuan Stott

I bought this drive a while ago to use later for my personal Blu-ray and DVD playback. I had watched a few seasons of DVDs for the show when it started having trouble reading one of the discs. I took this disc out and noticed a band of light scratches about an inch wide around the center of the disc, which struck me as odd since I keep it in a protective case and generally handle it with care. This prompted me to check out other discs in this series and everything I looked at on this disc had the same scratches in the same place. When I looked at the discs that I hadn't reviewed yet, they were in the pristine condition I expected, with no scratches. Something in the drive is clearly misaligned and this has resulted in significant scratch damage to the underside of virtually every drive I have ever installed in this drive. I've had the drive long enough that I just throw it away and look for another drive with a better design. If you want to keep your drives in good condition, I strongly recommend that you avoid this particular drive.
