    Satisfied with the purchase one hundred percent, I recommend the product for everyone.

    to be honest, I liked the percentage that processes the sound much more than the older sister u7, but the sound is subjective for everyone, so the advice is to take this one than 7-ku. And cheaper and better. Pros: great model. good sound, I would even say excellent, just an excellent thing for games, but even in music there is a revolution. and even the rank and file in such equipment will hear it Cons: did not see, did not find, did not feel after a couple of months of use

    The product does not match the description, poor quality.

    I took this audio card and was pleased with everything that concerned it, the sound in the headphone, the sound from the microphone. But I thought if I pay 5,000R for a sound box, it will last a few years. Alas. Some pros: Everything is good in this sound card, relatively built into the motherboard.     Problem with drivers. ASUS is not always compatible :(. It's real. it feels like this device has nothing to do with ASUS :( With its pros. Everything is working. For your price. The sound for the cinema moved from the computer to the amplifier by 15 meters without strong pickups via the USB extension cable.     Great box for my ham radio applications

    Works great with my Elecraft K3 and I can run WSJT-X and Fldigi on MacOS or Ham Radio Deluxe and Winlink Express ( WINMOR ) on Windows 10 with no issues , although I actually use Parallels 11.

    Good for ham radio digital modes

    I use this for ham radio digital modes and am very satisfied. Compared to a cheap $10 sound card, the ASUS Xonar had better accuracy across the frequency band with less roll-off at low frequencies. And I could decode even weaker signals. I use this with iMac computer. I don't have access to additional functions, but they are not needed for my application.

    Ham radio operators use SDR

    I use this in my ham radio as a sound card for my LP-Pan2. It's much better than the onboard sound card in my PC and offers more bandwidth. Definitely improved my SDR setup.

    Poor volume, muffled sound, but generally decent quality

    Even at maximum volume, this device has half the volume of my internal SoundBlaster. I really struggled to operate my Sennheiser 580 open-ear headphones and the sound sounded dead and lifeless. It worked well in terms of drivers and basic utilities, but overall it sounds dull and lifeless. Ports are poorly labeled, outputs aren't color-coded, and without a diagram it's hard to know where to connect what.

    Computer restart crashed

    After 6 months of ownership I had an issue that caused my computer to restart 5 times in a row. This led to the failure of this sound card. Windows now sees it as an unidentified device. Removed and reinstalled drivers. Doesn't work on any computer I'm currently plugging it into.

    Too quiet around, terrible for "driving " headphones.

    Looks good on paper, but it just doesn't work in practice. The headphone output at the maximum impedance setting on my 80 ohm DT770 doesn't let the headphones be loud at all, and I'm really not the type of person who listens to something "really" loud, so just imagine a moderate volume and there is your max. It is not possible to set different equalizer settings for headphones and speakers. So if you want to use the equalizer that comes with the SoundStudio software, you'll have to settle for…

    Great until it stopped working.

    I had it a while ago but had to replace it as it's just out of warranty stopped working expired. Find out. Up to this point everything has worked great. I particularly liked the quick switch between speakers and headphones. After it died I used a Sound Blaster Z sound card instead.

    This sound card is some kind of cruel joke from asus, since the sound is the most disgusting, and the price tag is not small. At the maximum volume level, there is no distortion in the sound. When NOT playing something, no extraneous noise (hissing or whistling) is heard.

    • A huge drawback is the useless microphone connection. I tried to connect a buttonhole and it's worse than on the cheapest built-in on the motherboard of a computer with a 775 socket for a processor. Very quiet microphone sound, a lot of interference, possibly due to the lack of grounding on the 220 volt line, although I'm not sure, since I'm not special in this. In general, do not even hope to extract something from the microphone connection. This is blood from the ears, and for audiophiles, this is spiritual death.
