FINALLY I FOUND IT! pure ice. It might seem like a simple thing, but between boiling distilled water, tips and tricks, I found a solution that actually works. The best part is that it works with regular hot tap water, with no boiling or special tricks. You can make them in about 18-24 hours and make 5 rounds or 6 cubes. They melt evenly and are easy to prepare. When I have guests, I make a few servings and keep them in a freezer bag. I've made over 100 dice so far and I definitely prefer the dice to the sphere. The balls are a bit small and I only get 5 per batch. If you are really reading these reviews to decide how to make pure ice cream then just buy this. This is the right product. You just have to decide where in the freezer you want to reserve space for it. It just works.
