To be honest I'm impressed. (I wear it as a shell ring) The little chain is the perfect length and thickness, I don't even notice it. It's no problem sleeping in it and there's no chipping or tarnishing of the paint in the showers I've taken so far. Fits my style perfectly and if for some reason something happens I have another! The chain is free from the stem so if you loosen one end of the bolt it MAY fall off so be careful and maybe have someone help you put the chain back on the other end once you've placed the stem somewhere (it unless you can see it well). . ). Absolutely to recommend.
