Excellent Velcro closure. There is no glue on it, you MUST sew it on, but if you want that, look no further. This velcro is strong enough to be a little annoying when sewing, and it's a bit clingy. It's strong and easy to sew on thanks to the strong polyester backing and the Schmetz 90/14 needle I used. I've used it for both the PALS panel and various bags and straps. So far the machine hasn't had any trouble sewing and I've sewed about 500 yards of thread onto one needle so the H&L strips, while stiff, are workable. It hasn't been tested in the field yet, but as far as this step of sewing and planning MOLLE style pouches goes, these 1" H&L strips are perfect. that's what I wanted.
