Love these. You know how when you want to hang something, stick a knob in the wall if that's enough, or stick in a screw or nail sticking out about 1/5 of the way? This is so much better, and having a few of these in my parts box has helped a few times. Screw in and you're done; It's full, so you know it's secure, and you have the perfect lip that still sticks out, just enough to hang almost anything without sticking out too much. I don't have photos because I was all behind something else and you can't even tell they are there as they should be. I'll put it this way - I've even used them to wall mount my giant soundbar and it's CRAZY secure. Like, as best as possible. Don't think that they are only for pictures, frames or whatever, anything that has a mounting hole on the back they can use them to their advantage.
