I like it very much - very practical

The sound quality is excellent. Nobody said they couldn't hear me as well as my other headset. I wish it had a volume control as it's a bit loud even on the lowest volume setting on my phone, but that might be because it's a dual-ear headset, so there's less outside noise to be heard. It's very convenient and connects directly to my Panasonic phone like a regular handset. I am very happy
