Review on TOPFORT by Paulo Heisler

My expectations for TOPFORT were lofty, but they were ultimately dashed. Finding a business that catered to my interests in shooting, fishing, and other outdoor activities was especially satisfying as a foreigner. My joy, however, did not last. First of all, the website was clumsy and provided scant details about their wares. When I did find what I needed, the cost was much greater than at other outdoor stores. The worst part, though, was dealing with their customer support. It took multiple tries before I received an answer to my inquiry about a problem with my order. When they did respond, they were neither useful nor sympathetic to my plight. The fact that the products I got were of such low quality makes the whole situation even more frustrating. As a whole, TOPFORT was a huge letdown for me. I wouldn't suggest them to anyone, but particularly not to other internationals who might have an even harder time navigating their website and communicating with their customer service team.
