I am so mad at this product! They are terribly designed! I have newly painted walls that are now full of holes that need patching and repainting. There are three holes for hanging them all on the same side of the board and very close together. What if you don't have them in a hairpin, you need to use an anchor. I did this and because the holes are so close together they connect and form one giant hole. My cat went down and the very last board came out of the wall ties and stuff. Luckily she was on the very last step off the ground. I've bought and tried several, I mean several different anchors, but none work because all the holes are close by. Another issue is that the holes are on one side leaving no support on the other side of the board, causing the board to wobble and your bindings to loosen. Now I have to buy brackets that match the length of these boards with the holes further apart for them to work, or just return them and buy better ones. If you have a big cat this is not for them. My largest cat is 13lbs and up so worrying about one of them falling off the wall on top of her is very scary. When she steps on one of them, they bend hard! Support is on one side only. Now I decide whether I correct them myself or send them all back. Look for ones that have support all around the bottom so they don't lean or wobble. Believe me.
